Peanut Butter Granola Ball Recipe

When going on a hike, I want to bring a snack that both Koa and I can enjoy. The peanut butter granola balls are the perfect treat for us to keep us moving! Make and bring these on your next hike!

Ingredients:

1 ½ c oats
½ c carob chips
½ c peanut butter
¼ c honey
½ T cinnamon

 

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients
  2. Use Tablespoon to portion into balls
  3. Refrigerate to harden and enjoy!
